Brusters is looking to hire an Ice Cream Maker!
As many of you know, we making all of our ice cream fresh at our store. We are looking for an individual who is flexible with hours and enjoys creating his or her own schedule. While working as an ice cream makers you will have the freedom to hand pick and make many different fun flavors of ice cream following our recipe book. We will teach you how to operate the ice cream machine and how to effectively make ice cream, italian ice, sorbet, and sherbet. While this is a fun position there are many responsibilities that come along with the job such as…
• assist with opening or closing of the store depending on hours scheduled to work.
• managing and controlling ingredient inventory.
• keep the prep station and walk in freezer net and organize.
• washing equipment down and following cleaning procedures.
Ice Cream makers start at $12 per hour and can set individual hours once trained. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
